Regarding the holiday home, I can confirm the following: our stay in Tuscany was very nice.
The location is beautiful, secluded and with great views. The approach to the house is easy to accomplish with conventional cars and no problem.
The equipment of the house is very good, v. Also compared to my previous experience regarding holiday homes in Italy.
It is sufficient dishes, cooking utensils, etc. available. Dishwasher, very large fridge, enough work space.
The division into the two houses (sleeping + living) is awesome, because it does not bother each other.
Since house has a lot of small corners in the garden - from fire pit, terrace in front of and next to residential house etc. - which make it very comfortable and especially for a larger group very pleasant.
The garden was beautifully planted and very well maintained.
The pool was cleaned daily, has good depth and is long enough for swimming. There were only a few shade spots due to two small umbrellas available. But it was not bad now.
The caretaker was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and very nicely prepared.
Arrival and departure were regarding the arrangements with the caretaker absolutely problem-free and pleasant.

We will definitely recommend the house to others!

I traveled with my Wife and our two kids. This villa was absolutely fine and I would return there if I visited that region of Italy again. Everything was extremely well cared. A great discovery and I would go back immediately.
